In Terminal 1 there is located a tourism office by The Department of Tourism.

In the airport there is a Chapel and Muslim Prayer Room. They are both located in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

Plaza Premium Lounge: Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Service hours: from 5:00am to 10:30pm. Services: Newspapers, drinks, showers, children’s area, TV, Internet, among others.
Heroes’ Lounge: Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Service hours: From 7:00am to 11:00pm. Services: Newspapers, TV, snacks. The lounge is accessible for members of Philippine National Police (PNP) and their families.
